Mounting Rails (Twin Series)

C-profile rails and assembly rails type TS, in various heights of 11, 14 and 30 millimetres and maximum lengths of up to 2 metres for the fixing of pipe / tube clamps and hose clamps of the Twin Series according to DIN 3015, Part 3, in conjunction with hexagon rail nuts type SM (steel) and SMG (stainless steel). Manufactured from uncoated steel or hot-dip galvanised steel. Alternatively also available in stainless steel V2A 1.4301 / 1.4305 (AISI 304 / 303) and V4A 1.4401 / 1.4571 (AISI 316 / 316 Ti).

Support rails for the double series to DIN 3015-1

Support rails from the double series enable the attachment of double-row clamps for parallel cable routing. They support a structured, space-saving installation with the option of rearranging cables at any time.

Design and functional principle of the double series

Type TS mounting rails are also used in this series. Double clamps can be inserted, moved and added to from the side. This facilitates the installation of parallel cable harnesses and enables quick adjustments to be made when the system structure changes.

Variants, materials and dimensions

The support rails are available in mild steel, galvanised steel and stainless steel. Rail heights of 11, 14 and 30 mm and lengths of 1 to 2 m are available. The rails can be shortened on site or supplied in customised dimensions.
